Position Summary:

Edify Dominican Republic promotes holistic and high-quality Christ-centered education in partnership with low-fee independent Christ-centered schools. The Edify Christ-Centered Education (CCE)



Program Leader is a full-time position and serves in a coordinating leadership role. The CCE Program Leader is responsible for providing strategic direction, guidance, and coordination of Edify’s CCE efforts to effectively integrate Christ-centered values and principles into its educational programs and other school interventions in the Dominican Republic. The CCE Program Lead will provide leadership and support to the Christ-Centered Education Officers (CCEOs) in their country and have formal line-management authority over their assigned team of CCEOs, including participation in performance reviews of those who report to them. They will also lead on priority setting for the CCE in their country and take the initiative in planning and communications around these priorities.
