About the role
As a Product Designer at Clara, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners, executing design strategies that align with business goals and supporting product launches. You’ll complement your design process with AI, with the judgment to decide what to apply, when to go deep, and when to move fast and ship.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners as part of our always-on discovery pipeline to shape product requirements. Conduct user research and testing, using AI for desk research and synthesis while owning the rigor of the insights. Turn ambiguous problems into flows and interfaces that work for users and the business alike. Use AI tools to go from idea to a functional, testable prototype in days, not weeks. Ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables, including AI-assisted work, and help grow our agentic design system. Own the
