The Project Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across integral teams. This position works closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills, along with the ability to support project governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Planning
- Support Project Managers in coordinating internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project schedules and monitor progress against established milestones.
- Track project activities, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely completion.
- Support project planning activities and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
