Pencil is seeking a Social & Community Lead to own our social presence and run the customer community end to end from Bogotá. You will connect community activity with content creation to attract new users and convert curiosity into advocacy.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with design, customer success and product teams to publish, engage, and measure impact across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube.
