Role Overview
At Job Duck, we are looking for a bilingual Intake Specialist with a strong consultative sales approach to join a growing and fast-paced immigration-focused practice. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through initial consultations and helping them confidently understand their next steps. Your day-to-day work will directly impact client experience, conversion outcomes, and overall firm growth by ensuring every interaction is handled with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Tracking individual performance metrics and continuously refine communication and sales skills
- Conducting client care follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs
- Facilitating smooth handoffs to the legal team when clients are ready to proceed
- Following up consistently with prospective clients who have not yet retained services
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records in CRM systems
- Taking ownership of moving each consult
