What You'll Do
Insurance & Risk Operations
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Review policy information and carrier documentation
- Ensure certificates are issued accurately and from the appropriate policy
- Process requests through internal platforms and service portals
- Maintain organized and updated insurance records
Client & Vendor Support
- Communicate with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Respond to requests and follow up on pending items
- Provide professional and timely customer service
- Build strong working relationships across multiple teams
Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain policy endorsements and operational records
- Update payment trackers and internal databases
- Verify information accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Support reporting and administrative projects
Process Improvement
- Follow structured procedures and operational workflows
- Support initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality
- Assist with special projects assigned to leadership
