Overview
You'll help shape Gallagher's presence across Google Business Profiles, location pages, directories, online reviews, and AI-powered search experiences. This role sits at the center of ORM, Local SEO, Technical SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization,



helping make sure our location and brand information is accurate, easy to find, and consistent across the platforms people use every day. You'll work closely with SEO, Content, Analytics, and Web Platform colleagues to support visibility, reputation, and customer engagement.
How you'll make an impact
You'll help keep Gallagher's location and brand information accurate, visible, and consistent across search, maps, directories, reviews, and AI-powered search experiences. You'll work with SEO, Content, Analytics, and Web Platform colleagues to improve how our local presence performs across traditional and emerging search platforms:
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles, business listings, location data, and location pages across digital platforms, including Yext.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, ratings, and reputation signals to help protect and strengthen brand reputation.
