- Collect loan documentation from the client
- Upload provided docs from client to encompass
- Once file is approved work on conditions with processor and client
- Resolve any missing information or concern about a file
- Follow up with Processor/Appraisal desk/LO about file’s condition
Requirements:
- Great customer service and supervising skills.
- Detailed oriented, very organized and experience managing people.
- Fully Bilingual English/Spanish, the minimum level required C1
- Full-time availability
Schedule:
Mon - Friday. (9:00 Am / 5:00Pm)
About contracting & salary compensation:
Salary Compensation: $ 2.000 - 2.500 per / month USD (entry salary)
