- Explore and conceptualize design options and solutions with Directors, Senior Designers, and fellow Designers
- Evaluate design options and develop 'big ideas' based on design strategy and the creative brief
- Conceptualize and execute creative marketing and brand campaigns
- Develop digital, print, and environmental graphics and prepare production files
- Design icons, illustrations, and infographics for varied applications
- Participate in kickoffs and workstreams and solve design challenges
- Create branded social media assets and templates
- Contribute to branded marketing campaign development and execution
- Build collateral across various dimensions
- Design Google, PDF, and Keynote templates for presentations and documents
- Contribute to and maintain the branded asset library
