We are looking for a Software Asset Operations Analyst to support global software asset operations with a focus on procurement, compliance, software lifecycle management, and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

This role will work closely with global Business Units, IT, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to maintain accurate software inventory, entitlement, renewal, and licensing data.

Key Responsibilities
- Support software lifecycle management from procurement and entitlement tracking through renewals and retirement.
- Maintain software inventory, contracts, entitlements, license counts, renewal dates, and vendor information.
- Support vendor contract consolidation and renewal schedule alignment.
- Analyze software asset data to identify gaps, redundancies, compliance risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for software contracts, licenses, renewals, and related metadata.




- Consolidate software asset information into centralized ITAM systems and prepare structured reporting for leadership.
- Collaborate with general teams across multiple countries, time zones, and cultural environments.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with ServiceNow for asset tracking, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management / ITAM modules.
- Background in software asset management, software licensing, or asset operations.
- Familiarity with software licensing terms and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Finance, Procurement, IT, and vendors.
- Comfortable collaborating across global teams and multiple time zones.
