Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique business process outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in back-office and customer service support for US-based businesses. We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager with proven experience in the food industry.
The adecuado candidate has successfully managed social media accounts for restaurants, or food brands, or similar businesses and has a portfolio demonstrating engaging content and measurable results. This person should be creative, organized, and able to grow a brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
- Develop content calendars and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Write compelling captions and optimize posts to maximize engagement and reach
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions as needed
- Track social media performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports
- Stay up to date with social media trends,



platform updates, and emerging best practices
- Recommend creative ideas and opportunities to improve content performance and audience growth
- Collaborate closely with the client to ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for food-related businesses
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and successful social media campaigns
- Positive client testimonials or professional references
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and other major social media platforms
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, and growth strategies
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- English proficiency at a C1 level or hig
