What You'll Do
- Manage the RFP process with insurance carriers.
- Gather census, claims, and benefits data.
- Prepare client presentations and cost analysis reports.
- Coordinate with clients and insurance providers.
- Build strong relationships with carrier representatives.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Employee Benefits or a related field (mandatory).
- Experience with the RFP process.
- Census Data experience must be clearly listed on the CV.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- PEO experience is a plus.
