Omnicom General Solutions (OGS) is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team and help build an AI-powered content co-authoring platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing both frontend and backend systems that enable AI-assisted content creation, content scoring, compliance checks, and workflow automation.
This position is ideal for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React/Next.js, FastAPI, Python, cloud-native development, and AI integrations who enjoys solving complex business challenges and building scalable applications.
What You'll Do
- Develop modern, scalable frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Build AI-powered content authoring experiences and scoring interfaces.
- Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using FastAPI and related technologies.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions including OpenAI APIs, GPT-4o, and LangChain.
- Manage and optimize data storage solutions using PostgreSQL and Snowflake.




- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth and JWT.
- Improve system performance through API optimization, caching, and scalable architecture design.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and audit capabilities to support compliance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to development best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Full Stack software development experience.
- Experience with React, Next.js or Node.js, TypeScript for frontend development.
- Experience with HTML/CSS, Responsive Design.
- Proficiency in Fast API or other strong backend APIs (Python/Java) Node.js or Flask for Backend API development
