We are looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Customer Success Manager to join our team If you have 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, love solving complex puzzles, and want to make a real-world cultural impact—this challenge is tailored for you.
Your Mission:
- Be the Trusted Advisor: Build long-term relationships with cultural clients, helping them align Veevart with their strategic goals.
- Drive Adoption & Training: Lead interactive onboarding, user training, and optimization sessions to maximize client confidence.
- Optimize & Innovate: Analyze client workflows, system health, and data structures to recommend high-impact operational fixes.
- Advocate for the Client: Partner directly with Product, Dev,



and Support teams to turn client feedback into new features.
- Showcase Business Value: Deliver Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to highlight client ROI and strategic milestones.

What You Bring:
- Experience: 2–5 years in Customer Success, Client Management, or Consulting within a SaaS environment.
- Tech Acumen: Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM (data models, workflows, permissions).
- Languages: Advanced / Fluent English (B2+ required) with excellent presentation skills.
- Mindset: Proactive, analytical, customer-obsessed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: Salesforce Certifications, familiarity with Basecamp/Asana/Jira, and non-profit/cultural sector experience.
