Our communities are growing and so are our teams We’re hiring a Multi-Site Assistant Manager of Facilities and Service (Multi-Site Assistant Maintenance Supervisor) at POD 3 (San Pedregal, San Prado, San Lagos in Glendale, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $29.00/hour.
- All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
- Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications*

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, supervisory experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a multi-family Lead Service Technician, Service Technician, or similar title.
- Extensive knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
- Well-versed in recent OSHA regulations and compliance; OSHA certified a plus.
