The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CCO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for strengthening equitable engagement, participation and influence across a diverse international community. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders,
the successful candidate will ensure community voices remain central to organisational decision-making, strategic priorities and long-term sustainability.
The CCO will develop, deliver and evaluate a compelling global community and membership strategy, providing leadership across engagement, partnerships, learning, events and participation programmes. The role will create clear pathways for contributors, volunteers and leaders to engage, develop and influence, while fostering collaboration across a complex international network. The successful candidate will strengthen key relationships and ensure community-focused initiatives deliver meaningful impact, inclusion and value.
