Job Description
Your role:
As a LabVantage LIMS Application Technical Lead, you will drive the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable laboratory informatics solutions while guiding and mentoring technical teams. In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading the architecture, design, development, and implementation of LabVantage LIMS solutions (Version 8 and above), ensuring adherence to development standards, best practices, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Designing and developing Java-based customizations and extensions,



REST and SOAP web services, and Jasper Reports to meet complex laboratory and business reporting requirements
- Developing, optimizing, and maintaining medium to complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Providing technical leadership across project planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support cycles, including code reviews, mentoring of development teams, and resolution of complex production issues
- Collaborating with laboratory users, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate laboratory workflows and business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
