About The Role

The Robotics Operation and Integration team is a part of the SoftServe Robotics Group and specializes in developing and smoothly integrating robotic systems on edge devices as well as in the сloud. We are looking for a Lead Robotics Validation Engineer to define, design, and execute comprehensive validation frameworks for advanced robotic systems that span hardware, software, and cloud integration. You will lead the end-to-end testing and validation lifecycle — ensuring performance, reliability, and safety across robotic platforms such as mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions for diverse robotic platforms (humanoids, mobile robots, robotic arms, drones)
- Build and validate rapid prototypes as well as production-ready robotics solutions
- Test robotics systems both in simulation and real-world environments
- Integrate robots with cloud services
- Design automated robotic systems to increase efficiency, precision, and reliability in industrial applications
- Research and experiment with the latest trends in navigation, sensing, decision-making, and modern robotic mechanisms
- Collaborate across hardware, software, and cloud teams to define system validation metrics and improve product reliability

Requirements
- A degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of robotics princip
