Senior Architect | Luxury Custom Residential | Wood Frame Experience Required

WeCollabify is looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect with a passion for exceptional residential design, craftsmanship, and thoughtful detailing to join a long-term collaboration with a U.S.-based architecture firm specializing in luxury custom homes.

This opportunity is idóneo for an architect who combines strong design sensitivity with technical expertise, enjoys contributing ideas, and understands the level of precision required to deliver highly personalized residences.

What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of professional architecture experience.
- Proven experience working on U.S.-based architectural projects is required.
- Proven wood-frame residential construction and detailing experience is required.
- Strong background in luxury custom single-family residential and high-end residential architecture.
- Experience with beachfront/coastal homes, preferably projects located in Florida, is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of custom residential construction, architectural detailing,



assemblies, and high-quality documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong 3D modeling and architectural visualization capabilities.
- Experience with Twinmotion is highly preferred.
- Revit knowledge is a plus, but this is primarily an AutoCAD/SketchUp-based role.
- Strong design judgment and the ability to contribute creatively to architectural solutions.
- Appreciation for European-inspired architecture, craftsmanship, and highly personalized design.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while following established design direction, standards, and feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout the design and documentation process.
- Proactive, creative, collaborative, professional, and comfortable contributing ideas within a small architectural team.
