IntraEdge’s client seeks a Renewal Specialist, Scaled Programs, to own the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of 40-50 customer accounts with ACV below $10K. You will negotiate, execute renewals, and maintain accurate forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal.
This role reports to the General Scaled CS Lead and protects over $25M in annual recurring revenue. Cross-functional collaboration and process improvements are central to the role.
