Responsibilities may include the following:
- Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with IT leadership
- Coordination: Organize and track project activities, ensuring alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, risk logs, and status reports
- Communication: Facilitate regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Financial Reporting: Consolidate input from finance on presente project spend, update of financial forecast, and reporting of project budget status.
- Risk Management:



Support identification and mitigation of project risks in collaboration with compliance and risk teams
- Support Delivery: Ensure project milestones are met by coordinating resources and monitoring task completion

Required Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT environments
- Strong understanding of IT systems, compliance frameworks, and risk management processes
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
