Requirements:
- Experience with hiring, mentoring, managing and growing engineering managers and technical leads.
- Hands-on experience with defining, collecting and analyzing development efficiency metrics, and using a metric driven approach to drive engineering efficiencies.
- Experience with software development life cycle including but not limited to tools used to manage software development processes such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub etc.
- Hands on experience with designing, building and supporting customer facing enterprise grade applications.
- Experience with managing senior stakeholders and resolving conflicting priorities by providing visibility on established priorities, scope, resource allocation and project timelines.
- Experience with leading teams in a nearshore location while partnering with teams in other onshore locations.
- Ability to think strategically and see the big picture by connecting north stars for various technology function

- Building a steady nearshore talent acquisition pipeline while integrating culture and technology standards with onshore development teams.
- Design, implement, and monitor all operations and key performance metrics/operational efficiency for the application development team.
- Develop standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Participate in business and technical design reviews, and work with the product and commercial stakeholders to ensure that we are allocating engineering resources appropriately.
- Partner with technology leadership team members to ensure service reliability through rigorous testing and release procedures.
