Black Rock Trial Lawyers, PLLC, a Florida-based U.S. law firm, is hiring an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to work remotely from Bogotá, Colombia

What You’ll Do
- Support U.S. attorneys on active Florida PI litigation case
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Manage litigation deadlines and case assignment
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, IMEs/CMEs, and expert
- Assist with Florida State and Federal Court filing
- Review medical records, bills, discovery, and evidence
- Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation
Requirements
- 2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
- Experience handling cases after a lawsuit has been filed
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish; C1 English preferred
- Strong English legal writing and organizational skill
- Ability to manage assignments and deadlines independently
- Based in Bogotá, Colombia
- Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hour
Highly Preferred
- Colombian law degree
- U.S. personal injury law firm experience
- Familiarity with Florida litigation
- Experience with Clio, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and e-filing
