- Execute B2C marketing and communications campaigns to generate leads, support conversion efforts, and strengthen brand positioning.
- Manage traditional media campaigns (TV, radio, etc.), coordinating directly with media outlets and external vendors.
- Lead PR and corporate communication initiatives, including press releases, corporate content, and spokesperson messaging.
- Support the digital positioning strategy through SEO, GEO, and AI initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget.
- Coordinate agencies, media partners, and external suppliers.
- Prepare performance and results reports.
- Collaborate closely with call center, Technical, and commercial teams to align marketing and communication efforts.
- Propose and execute initiatives that enhance communication of the company's services, with a clear, ethical, and patient-centered approach.

Perfil buscado (h/m)




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience working within a marketing and communications team.
- Experience in the production and management of traditional media campaigns (TV, radio, etc.).
- B2C experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and GEO.
- Experience in communications and public relations (PR).
- Knowledge of AI or involvement in digital transformation projects is a plus.
- Comfortable managing marketing and communications budgets.
- Executive profile, highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented, with excellent writing skills and a strong ability to communicate health-related topics effectively. Experienced in working with vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- English proficiency equivalent to a minimum C1 level.
