Position Title: Placement Manager II

Location: Medellin, Colombia (Hybrid)

What you will be doing:

As a Placement Manager II you will be a strategic facilitator for our clients' success byconnecting top-tier talent with exceptional opportunities and fostering growth andinnovation across all areas. Through their crucial work, we enable our clients to focuson their core operations while we handle their staffing needs. They concentrate on oneof the services provided by the placement department,



offering appropriate support forthe management and control processes of the assigned area.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Support the training and mentorship process of Placement Managers I towardsthe success of the Placement Operations.
- Keep customer communication updated, making sure that we are providingprompt responses, the best customer service, and adequate solutions tocustomer’s concerns.
- Receive and work with customers’ requisitions by reviewing the Job Descriptions, assessing the requirements, refining the responsibilities, and any other detail that could impact the recruitment process.
- Work head-to-head with the customers’ POCs(Points of contact) on the activerequisitions by exchanging information via email, meetings, or calls, in order topresent candidates with adequate sets of skills.
