- Own Clara's brand identity end to end, including visual system, voice and tone, and brand narrative
- Build and lead a brand team of designers, writers, motion, and production talent
- Recruit exceptional creative professionals and create conditions for high-quality work
- Design and ship AI-powered brand production workflows, templates, prompt libraries, generative image workflows, copy scaffolding, and automated asset resizing
- Prototype and validate brand assets and systems rapidly, scaling effective solutions
- Establish intake, briefing, review, and approval processes for brand work
- Lead concept development, art direction, and hands-on craft for launches, campaigns, major events, and other high-stakes brand moments
- Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales across customer touchpoints
- Partner with People and Recruiting on employer brand
- Establish metrics and feedback loops for awareness, perception, consistency, and business impact
- Report to the Head of Design and partner with Product, Marketing, and Clara's founders

Requirements
- 8+ years in brand,



creative, or design leadership
- Experience building or scaling a brand function at a high-growth company, agency, or in-house creative team
- Portfolio of brand work led end-to-end, including identity systems, rebrands, or campaigns that measurably shaped company perception
- Track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing creative teams
- Experience building scalable creative processes
- Hands-on experience using AI in creative production, including shipped generative-tool workflows
- Excellent craft across visual identity, typography, voice, and motion
- Ability to partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, People, and executive leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Nice to have: fintech, B2B SaaS, or trust-driven-category experience
- Nice to have: fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Nice to have: experience working directly with founders or C-lev
