Aboutthe Role
We arelooking for a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance activities for the MSPprogram and lead test planning and execution across the initiative.

The role isresponsible for establishing effective testing practices, ensuring appropriatetest coverage,



and coordinating QA activities to support the delivery ofhigh-quality and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities across theMSP program.
- Define and oversee testplanning, execution, and governance activities.
- Establish testing strategies,processes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate test execution andensure appropriate test coverage across features and releases.
- Monitor testing progress,identify risks, and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development,product, and other technical teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Support continuous improvementof QA processes and testing practices.
- Manage and provide guidance toQA team members.
