The role

Tax Senior Analyst

Scope: Full-time | Finance & Tax | Location: Colombia
- Are you passionate about tax, accounting, and financial operations in a general environment?
- Do you have experience working with tax processes, financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting while collaborating with regional stakeholders?

As a Tax Senior Analyst, you will support tax and financial operations across Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and Bolivia, ensuring compliance, data quality, and the accurate execution of tax and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and validate tax processes, tax returns, reports, and supporting documentation across the region.
- Perform reconciliations, balance analysis, and monthly closing activities.
- Provide support for internal and external audits and requests from Finance and Tax teams.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency.

What we need to see from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or a related field, with experience in Tax, Accounting, or Shared Services.
