Job Duties:
Our Behavior Technicians are trained to provide and implement behavioral programming catering to the individual needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician,
you will assist in data collection for assessments, implement intervention activities according to the intervention plan provided by your supervisor, and demonstrate behavior analytic principles under the guidance of supervision with children and families.
This position includes center-based and in-home services in Kern and Santa Maria, with Fresno having in-home based services only. Applicants must select one of the following locations they are applying to work in:
- Kern
- Santa Maria/Northern Santa Barbara County
- Fresno.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Official Transcripts
- Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.
- Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing.
- 6 months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities is preferred
