- Aggressively acquire and activate new SMB merchant partners through daily targeted cold field prospecting
- Identify, contact, and close merchants, ensuring immediate activation after signing
- Perform territory mapping and commercial-area analysis to identify high-GMV clusters and opportunities
- Plan and optimize daily prospecting routes and time allocation
- Manage the complete sales cycle from cold prospecting through Terms & Conditions closing
- Use consultative pitches tailored to merchants and end customers
- Maintain accurate, real-time Salesforce CRM records and use data for pipeline management and forecasting
- Build trust-based relationships with business owners
- Conduct post-closing follow-up to secure the partner’s first origination within 48 hours
- Support retention and recurring GMV goals
- Complete an on-site field sales assessment involving a real-world street sales challenge

Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of uninterrupted experience in 100% cold field sales hunter roles (street sales/outbound acquisition)




- Significant exposure to high-volume or fast-paced industries; Fintech, Telecom, or B2B/Intangible Services highly valued
- Ability to translate a monthly GMV quota of $18K+ into a clear daily execution plan
- Experience with Territory Mapping and strategic time allocation
- Track record of consistently exceeding outbound sales quotas at 110%+
- Extreme resilience and discipline despite constant rejection
- Self-starter/owner’s mindset; ability to identify underperforming zones or pitch failures and drive solutions independently
- Deep practical mastery of CRM systems such as Salesforce for pipeline management
