Publicis Integral Delivery in Bogotá is seeking a Program Management Director to own the operating model for a large, distributed unit, partnering with the technology team to implement automation and AI, and reporting directly to senior leadership on efficiency, throughput, and ROI.

You will lead onboarding of ~150 teammates to a new workflow platform, define 50+ delivery workflows, establish governance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a data-driven culture of measurement across the unit.
