We're looking for a MarTech Engineering Manager to lead and scale the Marketing Technology function, driving the optimization of marketing systems, automation, analytics infrastructure, and operational processes that improve marketing performance and ROI. In this role, you'll partner closely with Marketing Leadership, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Analytics Teams, Sales Stakeholders, and Website Development Resources to build scalable marketing technology solutions, improve team efficiency, and align technical initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical resources supporting marketing technology initiatives.
- Own HubSpot administration, workflows, automation, governance, and ongoing platform optimization.
- Manage website operations, enhancements, and technical improvements across digital properties.
- Oversee analytics integrations, event tracking implementation, and website tagging through Google Tag Manager.
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of marketing technology integrations and automation workflows.




- Support marketing campaigns through technical solutions, lead flow optimization, and platform integrations.
- Partner with Marketing Leadership to develop and execute the MarTech roadmap.
- Optimize systems, processes, and infrastructure to improve marketing efficiency and investment ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams.
- Identify opportunities to scale marketing operations, automation, and reporting capabilities as the organization grows.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology (MarTech), Revenue Operations, or related disciplines.
- 2+ years of people management or leadership experience.
- Strong experience managing and optimizing HubSpot environments.
- Experience leading technical projects involving marketing systems, automation, analytics, and integration
