FullStack is seeking a hands-on Delivery Manager to own enterprise application support and BAU for a integral agricultural science client. You will manage Level 1 and Level 2 teams across the US and Colombia, interfacing with L3 engineering and product groups to ensure continuity and strong service delivery.
You will drive SLA attainment, staffing decisions, and engagement profitability, while leading weekly reviews and maintaining client relationships across time zones.
