Fynity in Madrid is hiring a Integral BDR Manager to build and lead a brand-new outbound function from the ground up. You will recruit the team, define playbooks, cadences and messaging, and own the outbound strategy across Europe from the new hub.
You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps, set ICPs, prioritize accounts, and drive pipeline targets. Fluent English is required; French/Spanish is a strong bonus as you guide multi-location growth.
