The Mission
Your primary goal is to penetrate the Top 100 US Brokers and maximize our presence within the TIA (Transportation Intermediaries Association) network. You will be responsible for turning high-intent marketing leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and confirmed Demos for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Outreach: Execute high-touch, multi-channel prospecting (Phone, LinkedIn, Video, Email) into Enterprise-level brokerage accounts.
• Lead Qualification: Rigorously vet inbound leads to ensure we maintain our Average Contract Value (ACV).
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with the Operations and Marketing teams to execute "Attack Plans" tailored to specific high-value accounts.
• CRM Discipline: Maintain 100% data integrity in Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring every lead has a clear "Next Step."
• Event Support:



Support our presence at major industry events by setting pre-event meetings and managing real-time booth follow-ups.

What We Are Looking For
• Experience: 3-5 years of SDR/BDR experience, preferably in SaaS or Logistics Tech.
• The "Hunter" Mindset: You aren't afraid of a cold call, but you are smart enough to do your research first. You know how to get past "gatekeepers" at large 3PLs.
• Consultative Approach: You can explain complex automation benefits in simple, value-driven terms.
• Data-Driven: You understand that sales is a math game. You track your conversion rates and constantly optimize your messaging.
• Independence: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to own your pipeline and hit your OKRs.
• English: Advance or Professional English - C1
