Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and eager-to-learn Event Operations Coordinator to join our general Field Marketing team. This is a hybrid role based in Medellín, Colombia, requiring you to work from our local office 2 days a week and remotely the rest of the time.
In this role, you will be the logistical and operational engine behind our presence at major external trade shows, conferences, and industry dinners in the US. You will manage registrations, coordinate shipments, handle vendor communication, track budgets, and ensure our traveling team is aligned and on schedule.
