Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in the U.S. healthcare or health insurance industry is required
- Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and health insurance plans
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in health insurance sales, healthcare customer service, member services, or insurance verification is highly preferred
- Ability to understand and explain health insurance plans, coverage, benefits, eligibility, premiums, deductibles, and copays
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance options
- Availability to work on site in Bogotá, Colombia

Responsibilities
- Assist and follow up with customers in English regarding U.S. health insurance products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans
- Explain insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility requirements, premiums, deductibles, copays, and other plan details
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads and sales opportunities




- Guide customers throughout the insurance sales process
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about health insurance plans
- Assist customers with quotes, applications, and policy-related questions
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems
- Follow established sales processes and compliance guidelines
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Build positive and long-term relationships with customers

Position: Insurance Sales Representative - U.S. Healthcare
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with 2 days off
