Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service & Back Office Representative to support active and terminated clients through phone and email interactions. This role requires handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring all client information and documentation are accurately recorded in the system. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls throughout the day and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Assist active and terminated clients via phone and email.




- Resolve customer requests and follow up on pending cases.
- Collect, verify, and update customer information and required documentation in company systems.
- Perform back-office and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling administrative or back-office processes.
