The Hunter Douglas Integral Management Trainee Program (GMT) is a 10-month, hand-selected leadership development track designed to grow future leaders. Trainees rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service, with hands-on project work and a capstone presentation.
You will be aligned with mentors and leaders, relocate as needed to major locations, and transition into a full-time role upon program completion.
