Drive guest engagement, lead generation, consultations, and sales for Chronic Ink's luxury onboard aesthetics operation. Works in tandem with an Aesthetic Nurse to approach guests, create excitement, and maximize daily revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approach cruise guests to generate awareness and qualify leads for aesthetic treatments.
- Manage the commercial journey: present value propositions, handle objections, conduct consultation support, and close sales.
- Partner with the Aesthetic Nurse to achieve daily revenue targets ($2,500–$5,000+ USD/day).
- Deliver a luxury guest experience aligned with high-end hospitality standards.

Profile Requirements
- Experience: Background in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, medi-spa,



or high-ticket client engagement. Proven track record of cold-approaching strangers and closing sales.
- Competencies: High energy, persuasive communication, resilience to rejection, target-driven, and adaptability to onboard life.
- Colombian residency/nationality preferred for team pairing.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: USD $1,000/month + Commission: Uncapped
