Senior Payroll Specialist
Department & Team: LATAM Finance

- Role Overview:
We are looking for a LATAM Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team and manage end to end payroll operations across multiple countries in Latin America. This role operates in a dynamic, multicultural environment with several HR and payroll service providers, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills. You will play a critical role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local regulations, while also supporting financial reporting and continuous process improvement.
