Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across Facilities & Real Estate categories in assigned LATAM countries, including services such as security, janitorial, facility supplies, employee transportation, cafeteria services, print, utilities, and maintenance
- Manage and influence approximately $60M in annual spend, delivering year-over-year improvements in cost, quality, service, innovation, and risk.




- Contribute to multi-year (at least 2 years) pipeline to support planning processes for assigned categories and geographies
- Collaborate with Global Category Leaders to develop and execute category strategies aligned with regional and integral business priorities
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, EHS, Enterprise Risk, and site leadership
- Negotiate contracts in partnership with Legal, ensuring balanced commercial terms, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier-related escalations, performance management, and risk mitigation
- Represent the Indirect Supply Management function at site and country/sub-category level, ensuring alignment with local operational needs and corporate governance
