Responsibilities
- Recruit social entertainment and livestreaming agencies through social media platforms, online communities, networking, and market outreach
- Introduce platform policies and cooperation opportunities to potential agencies
- Follow up the onboarding process of new agencies and take responsibility for their post-onboarding performance growth
- Conduct competitor research regularly, including product features, operational strategies, and policy updates
- Provide suggestions for policy optimization and operational improvements based on market insights
- Conduct agency training and support work, and continuously upgrade and iterate training materials and methodologies
- Collaborate effectively with international teams across different time zones
Requirements:
- Innovative mindset with strong learning ability
- Target and result-driven with strong execution capability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to adapt well in cross-cultural and cross-timezone collaboration environments
- English as a working language would be a strong plus
- Experience in livestreaming, creator economy, social entertainment apps, agency operations, or business development is preferred
- Stable internet connection and reliable working schedule for remote collaboration
