We’re Hiring: Medical Records Clerk (Personal Injury)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk with experience in Personal Injury cases to manage medical records and subrogation, including Medicare & Medi-Cal liens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request and organize medical records & billing
- Open/manage Medicare & Medi-Cal liens
- Follow up with providers and agencies
- Track records and lien statuses
- Maintain updates in Filevine
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years in Personal Injury medical records
- Hands-on lien management experience
- Knowledge of subrogation processes
- Filevine experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail & follow-up skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required:
