About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment, takes genuine ownership of the relationships they manage, and is ready to lead and develop a small team of Account Managers.
In this role, you will manage your own book of client accounts while also serving as a team lead for a group of Account Managers. You will be the senior point of contact for your own clients, the escalation point for your team's clients,
and the person responsible for raising the standard of how every client on your team experiences RemoteLegalStaff. You will work closely with our recruiting team internally and represent RemoteLegalStaff externally with the kind of professionalism our clients expect from a senior partner.
This is a high-ownership role where the quality of your work — and the quality of your team's work — directly shapes how clients experience RemoteLegalStaff. We have high expectations for how our clients are treated, and we need someone who holds themselves and their team to that standard.
