We are currently looking for detail-oriented individuals, thoroughly inclined to logical thinking and able to assist remotely as Jr. IT Admistrator. The main responsibilities consist of providing support to our remote staff and manage our cloud systems.
The daily routine tasks will be concentrated on installing, setting up, configuring, and monitoring network and systems. Additionally, the Network Technician is expected to perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to ensure network and system performance meet company and user requirements.

Requirements:
- 1 or more years of experience in IT Systems Support.
- English level should be Intermediate or higher.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Familiarity with Cloud-hosted services and Cloud platforms

Responsibilities:
- Administer network workstations, utilizing one or more TCP/IP networking protocolsInvestigate user problems, identify their root cause, determine possible solutions, test, and implement them.
- Install, configure,



and remotely maintain personal computers, file servers, and other related equipment, devices, and systems.
- Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standardsInvestigate, recommend, and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network performance.
- Maintain confidentiality with regards to the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network

Additional responsibilities:
- Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource.
- Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
- Provide computer orientation to new staff.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET
