We’re searching for a temporary 4-month contract Human Resource Generalist to be responsible for recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, terminations and policy adherence. The adecuado person will be passionate about contributing to our culture and the success of our employees.

As Human Resource Generalist, You Will
- Provide advice, counsel and approval for matters relating to compensation, benefits, training and development, health and safety and employee relations




- Collect and analyze information including the recommending and approving courses of action as it relates to policy adherence, disability management, terminations, investigations, health and safety management, performance management, workforce management and recruitment
- Coach employees and managers on development needs, action plans for development, career growth and learning opportunities
- Support program execution and implementation associated with people-related change initiatives and HR deliverables
- Design and facilitate HR related training programs to front-line management, support departments and hourly employees
- Maintain records and documents as required by law
- Produce accurate and relevant metrics and reports
- General office management and administration
- Perform special projects and other HR duties as assigned

Requirements:
As Human Resource Generalist, You Have
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, CHRP Designa
