We are looking for a talented, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed HR Business Partner to support our teams across Colombia. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about shaping and executing people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, talent growth, and an engaging employee experience.

As a senior HR BP, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy—partnering closely with regional and global senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable talent and organizational strategies.



You will guide leaders across workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, performance and capability development, and the execution of core HR programs. Additionally, you will oversee holistic HR service delivery in the region—including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development—while ensuring alignment with our culture, values, and long-term business goals.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence and solve problems in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment.
