Purpose_
We are seeking a talented and motivated leader to deliver value on the Adjudication Technology team, while workingclosely with the project and business teams to ensure partner and stakeholder alignment and deliver the solutions ontime. Also responsible for maintenance and support of technology after the implementation date and peoplemanagement activities.
_Accountabilities_
- Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leveragebroader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Responsible for the overall Adjudication solution end-to-end ensuring that designs are modern, resilient, and cost-effective.
- Responsible for ensuring that software is delivered on time, resilient,
on budget and in a way that meets the businessexpectations.
- Owns manage and maintain thorough understanding of the Adjudication system capabilities, gaps, and opportunities.
- Provide analytic support in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Assist in the review and evaluation of business initiatives, product and projects and formulate insightful guidance andinput to business leaders.
- Manage a general development team in delivery of your annual objectives and support your business partners in theirvarious timelines.
- Assist product owners and business analysts in discovering the current system behavior and providerecommendations on improving the current system.
- Participate in Architecture Review and manage budget.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
