What You'll Do:
- As a Team Leader, you will manage and lead a team of employees. You will communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines.
- Also will motivate team members and assess performance. Providing help to management, including hiring and training, and keeping management updated on team performance.
- Demonstrate and ensure both, sales and exceptional customer service skills are being applied in every interaction with customers.
- Adherence to Information Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, Client Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreements disciplined in executing systems, processes and initiatives.

Mandatory requirements:
- Experience as a TL in BPO (At least 12 Months)




- English B2 (Not certified but proven proficiency)
- Portuguese B2 (Not certified but proven proficiency)
- Full-time availability, this is a 24/7 Campaign
